The satisfaction policy expires after 30 days, after which you won’t be able to return your accessory to get a refund


Returns and refunds CANNOT be made at Videotron stores or kiosks or at Videotron Customer Service. It is imperative that you follow the instructions below and complete the transaction online.

The accessory must be complete (all components included in the purchase) and in its original box.

The accessory must be in its original state (new) and must not have any physical damage or include any additional software (connected accessories).

Headphones and headsets must in their original packages with the seals intact. For health and safety reasons, headphones and headsets that have been worn cannot be returned.

The return of an product bought thanks to a coupon code, only the amount payed for the transaction can be refunded (defect products excluded).

The return must be made within 30 days from the date you received your accessory.

If your accessory has an unintentional defect (that is not the result of improper handling on your part) and meets the eligibility criteria under the manufacturer’s warranty, you may submit a request online within 30 days of receipt. After this period, please contact the manufacturer.

If your return request is accepted:

You will be refunded on the credit card used for the initial transaction within 30 days of receiving the accessory at our warehouse (this period may vary depending on your financial institution). If you have any questions, write to us. No answer will be provided by Videotron Customer Service.

If your return request is refused:

Your application may not meet all of the above conditions. Your application will then be denied and your package will be returned to you as received within 30 days, without any refund of any kind.

Here is a step-by-step to use your Discount code:

1) Add all the products you want to purchase in your cart.
2) Revise your cart and click on "check out".
3) Enter the Discount code you received in the "Discount code" space and then click on "Apply". The coupon amount should then be removed from the Subtotal.
4) Enter your coordonates and shipping adress.
5) Click on "Continue to shipping".
6) Click on "Continue to payement".
7) Enter your payement information and please check the transaction overview. If the line "Discount" doesn't show it means that your discount code hasn't been applied. Please check that you have clicked on the "Apply" button next to the "Discount code" space. If it's still doesn't work, please go check the instruction 10)
8) Click on "Pay now".
9) There you go, your Discount code has been applied and your order was submitted succesfully. You will then receive a confirmation email
10) WARNING: If your discount code doesn’t work, contact us directly by chat. We will proceed all the necessary verifications and give you a new code if necessary.

You can return an item by mail free of charge within 30 days after receiving your order. Refer to your order confirmation email for the online return procedure. Refer to your order confirmation email or to our returns and help page and follow the steps online to return your order.

Your item’s return will be processed within seven days of its receipt at our warehouse. If your request is approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card within 30 days.

If you purchased your item with a prepaid card, you must keep the card to get your refund.

We accept the return of intact items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of receiving of your order.
